This look is achieved by directing brow hairs upward, giving the top part of the brows a naturally full appearance. If you appreciate the bold and well-defined brow lamination look, it's important for me to know. For clients who desire this effect, I typically start by creating hair strokes that face straight up, gradually angling them toward the tail end.
